What is the Difference Between a Real Turnkey Website Business and a Website Template?

The economic climate of the past three-plus years, with its double-digit unemployment, has caused many people to look for new and different ways of generating income. This meant that people who previously paid little attention to the latest money-making possibilities on the internet were looking to secure their own online income. The problem that many of them faced however, was that they had little or no experience in building websites, dealing with hosting companies, or locating and implementing the programs that "monetize" basic websites. One option for these folks was to purchase (or rent, depending on the situation) a Turnkey website business. Unfortunately, some of these people ended up buying what they thought were true turnkey website businesses when in reality they were little more than website templates.

Website templates are basic website frameworks with or without some type of design or theme.
